GIFT BASKET/DONATION GUIDELINES

• Entry Forms must be returned to Della Lamb by Monday, March 3, 2008

• Gift Basket/Donation Value:        $50.00 Minimum

• Non-Perishable Items must be received on, or before Friday, March 28th

• Perishable Items must be received by Friday, April 18th

Gift Basket Items:

• The basket, or container can be new, or used, however they must be in excellent condition.
• All items used in the assembly of the basket must be new items.  (Please, no used items)
• Handmade items may be used, however please use a mixture of new items with them.

Gift Basket Assembly:

• Your group will be responsible for assembling the gift basket.
• Please use clear florist paper to wrap the gift basket, and secure with a pretty ribbon, or bow.
• Be creative when assembling your gift basket. 
• The better the visual the better the bids will be for the fundraiser.

Gift Certificates:

• Gift Certificates add value to the Gift Basket; therefore we encourage you to solicit your family, friends, and the businesses that you frequent for a donation. 
• Gift Certificate ideas; restaurants, hotels, movie theaters, dinner theaters, comedy clubs, car washes, hair salons, massage parlors, and items for the basket, etc. 
• If you solicit a gift certificate please be sure to obtain their mailing name/address, including the value and any restrictions.
