2008 Transportation Services Report Card

In 2008, Della Lamb served 1,000 -1,200 individuals daily. We made 2,200-2,500 trips per days using 44 vehicles (buses, vans, sedans).

Senior Citizen Transportation

27 Individuals/day x 2 trip/day x 5 days/week to/from medical appointments, nutritional resources (grocery stores, senior nutrition sites)

Senior Citizen Home Bound Meal Delivery

107 Seniors/day meal delivery by Della to client homes

Disabled Individual Transportation

102 Individuals/day x 2 trips/daily x 5 days/week to/from Sheltered Workshops, Residences.

Children's Transportation

20 Children/daily x 2 trips/day x 5 days/week to/from schools to service sites

Employment Transportation

32 Individuals/daily x 2 trips/day x 5 days/week to/from supported employment; residences

Charter School Transportation: Academie Lafayette

478 Children/daily x 2 trips/day x 5 days/week to/from school and home

Della Lamb Program Transportation: Day/Night Adult Education

130 Individuals w/children/daily x 2 trips/day x 5 days/week

Social Services Transportation

20 Individuals/day x 2 days/week from Della to the food pantry to pick up emergency food
