Joni has been with Della Lamb since 2023. She received a BA in Hospitality Management, MA in Business Administration, and an MA in Family Science and Human Services with a focus on Early Childhood Development. Joni has worked in both for-profit and non-profit settings and brings many years of experience to the Early Education program. Her main responsibilities are to oversee curriculum development, manage daily operations, and manage staff all for the goal of helping our earliest learners thrive!
Outside of her work, Joni enjoys being active outside and spending time with her family.
