Kate has been with Della Lamb since 2024. She graduated from K-State and has served for over 20 years in various non-profit organizations. As the Development Director, Kate leads engagement, volunteer, and fundraising efforts. She is passionate about strengthening existing partnerships and expanding opportunities to support our most vulnerable neighbors.
Outside of Della Lamb Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and watching college sports. She has four kids along with her longtime partner, Thomas, who all keeps her laughing!
